GROOMING CHECKLIST Step 1. Complete Your Online Client Form

Click Button Below if you are a new client.Reservations can be made by calling the salon. We will hold your reservation for 48 hours. To confirm your appointment, simply complete your cat's online client form within that 48 hours.

If you have already completed your online client form, we will be in touch within 24 hours. We will go over any questions that you might have and or to assist you with scheduling

Step 2. Making An Appointment

Step 3. Please Provide Proof of Your Cat's Vaccine Certificate

To provide proof please send a text image of your cat's Rabies to 610-241-0288

RESCUE CATS

We require a 30 day wait period before grooming rescue cats. This will....

Allow time for any hidden health issues to surface
Allow time for your cat to help recover from any post traumatic stress dissorder
It is also recommended based on years of experience that all rescue cats (with the exception of a few) be pretreated by their owner with a vet Rx of Gabapentin or CBD prior to their grooming (as described in our Fear Free cat grooming guide)

Despite popular belief, it is now possible to create a spa day for your cat with proven techniques that eliminate panic or aggression.

If you or your vet feels your cat may need a medical prescription prior to grooming, please read about this safe & effective alternative to sedation for cats called Gabapentin. Prescribed by your veterinarian & administered by you for the treatment of Fight or Flight (panic or aggression)

Step 5. Please Have Your Cat Secured In A Carrier

Your cat must be secured in a carrier before entering our salon.

We do not transfer cats into cages.

Your cat may not like to go inside their carrier at home but here at the salon, it is their only sense of security.

If you do not have a cat carrier, one will be provided to you at a cost of $10 for you to keep. We carry cardboard cat carriers found normally at your local pet shop

OUR SALON GUIDE

If you are a New client, please arrive on time. Arriving early & making your cat wait for their first appointment is not recommended. Not knowing why they are here can cause undo stress on a cat.

All appointments are 90 minutes or less. For multiple cats please allow a minimum of 1 hour per cat.

Existing Clients, feel free to drop off anytime before your appointment begins. A pick up text will be sent 90 minutes after the start of your appointment. You are allowed to leave your cat for up to 5 hours here at the salon.

First Appointment

Please Arrive At The Start Time Of Your Appointment.

A overall check of your cat will be given at the start of their appointment.

We will be checking for stress levels as we cut their nails and check their coat condition.

We will not begin services until you have clearly indicated what services you are requesting. All styles and services can be fully customized. Once your cat's grooming is complete we will send you a text message notifying you of pick up.

Live Stream Grooming

Available to clients once their cat's grooming session has begun.

If you are interested in viewing your cat's grooming appointment via livestream from your phone....please request that at the time of dropoff

No Fleas Please

If your cat has fleas.........

Do Not Use Frontline

Please treat with Advantage two to five days prior to your grooming appointment.

We WILL refuse service

to all cat clients who arrive with live fleas or flea dirt on them. We will protect our salon & cat clients and have a zero tolerance for fleas.

TIP: For cats who do not have fleas OR who do not normally use a flea preventative, give your cat a Capstar tablet the morning of their visit to the vet or groomer. This will provide 24 hours of flea protection. It works within 30-60 minutes after administering. Capstar tablets will kill any adult flea that may jump on them (it does not kill eggs). Halloween is the height of the flea season so beware.

Purrs & Pawdicures is a free walk-in maintenance service which is included with your shampoo package. Offered every Wed evening from 6pm to 8pm. Specifically created to offer free services such as nail clipping & sanitary clips while we keep an eye on your cat's coat. This will help you to maintain your cat in between their grooming appointments. Tutorials provided as well to show you what grooming tools and techniques are effective and how to use them
